Heather is a fully qualified Soft Tissue Therapist which includes Sports and Remedial Massage and is qualified to the highest level (BTEC Diploma Level 5). With 13 years of experience and continuous development, Heather delivers a professional service to people of all ages and backgrounds, whether or not they regularly participate in sport and is a member of the CNHC - the UK regulator for appropriately qualified and insured complementary healthcare practitioners.
Heather's main clinic is in Pant, near Oswestry where she sees clients from across Shropshire, and from in and around Welshpool and Wrexham. For clients who are unable to travel to Heather's clinics, home visits may be possible. For events and work-based massage Heather may travel further. Please make an inquiry for more information.

Soft Tissue Therapy
Soft Tissue Therapy not only provides great massage to help recovery and relaxation, it also addresses the causes of injury and pain. Appropriate techniques are combined and applied after your history and physical posture and joint movements have been assessed. Follow-up is guided by your feedback and continuing assessment.

Before becoming a Soft Tissue Therapist Heather worked in universities and the NHS, spending six years at the Robert Jones & Agnes Hunt (RJAH) Orthopaedic Hospital near Oswestry as a Clinical Trial Manager, setting up and running a multicentre knee surgery trial. Heather trained with the London School of Sports/Remedial Massage and is a member of the Institute for Soft Tissue Therapists (ISRM). |
