Assessment & Treatment (up to 75 minutes)

Includes a full consultation, postural and movement assessment, and hands-on treatment tailored to your needs.
Follow-up Appointments
  • 60-minute session –  £50
  • 40-minute session –  £35
  • 30-minute session –  £25
Follow-up sessions are adjusted to suit your goals, whether that’s injury recovery, pain relief, or regular maintenance.

Home visits, wellness days or office-based massage may be available by arrangement — please contact me for more details.

Vouchers

Vouchers can be customised to suit the occasion and can be sent by email at short notice or by post. ​

Payment

Payments can be made by cash, BACS, Paypal or cheque (payable to Heather Smith).

Appointments


Appointments can be made at short notice if required (usually within 24 hours).

Daytime, or evening appointments are available.

​A mobile service for event work or group/corporate bookings or for clients who have difficulty travelling can be arranged.​
